Lichia comes with three web browsers installed.
Each pre-configured to your specific needs.
Chromium is the open-source equivalent of the acclaimed Google's Chrome, comes with Linux integration and a few ad-blockers.
Firefox, is configured with Tor & Privoxy making your browsing safe and anonymous.
And Rekonq is the fastest browser that exist, ideal for quickly checking e-mails or other simple tasks.
BROWSE YOUR WAY.
Amarok is great for managing your large libraries of MP3, displaying song lyrics, cover art, ratings and to create new play lists on the fly. You can even share your songs on Twitter, Facebook and Google+
VLC is simply the best video player. Be it on Linux, Mac or Windows, capable of playing virtually any video extension. It is also good for previewing audio files not yet on your library
Gwenview is great for managing pictures, importing photos from your camera and making simple ajustments such as red eye removal and croping.
OPEN AND VIEW ANY MEDIA.
Lichia comes with the Libre Office, that although not on pair with Microsoft's Office, is the best productive suite available on Linux.
Open .pdf files right away with Okular PDF reader;
Professionally edit photos with GIMP and videos with Kdenlive. Two free applications that few paid ones come close in features
Run simple Windows applications with wine and instal games or Microsoft Office with Play On Linux software installer.
Do not ever search for programs in dubious web sites. Many more applications can be installed trough the Software center for free!
